- Can't access a Mate? Verify your email and complete age confirmation. Romantic Mates also require an active plan and eligible credits.
- Out of credits? Claim daily credits or buy a pack on the credit packs page. Signed-in billing is also at your billing page.
- Safety concern? Visit Safety resources or Safety settings in the app.
