What is MiaMate?
MiaMate is a place where you build an ongoing relationship with a curated Mate who can remember you over time.
Are Mates real people?
No. A Mate is a curated character you can talk with over time. Mates cannot feel emotion and are not a therapist, counsellor, or crisis service.
How do I pay?
An active plan is required for romantic Mates. Plans include the credits shown on the pricing page. Chat uses your wallet credits, and you can buy extra credit packs separately.
How many Mates can I keep?
Plan limits are 10 active Mates with Spark, 15 with Heart, and 20 with Eternal. Buying extra credits does not replace the plan required for romantic Mates.
Can I use MiaMate if I am under 18?
Romantic Mates require an active plan and confirmation that you are 18 or older. Platonic Best Friend Mates require email verification; age confirmation is not required for those Mates under current product rules.
Is MiaMate a crisis or therapy service?
No. MiaMate is not a crisis service and cannot provide counseling or emergency help. If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
Do I need an account to browse Mates?
No. You can browse published Mates and view credit pack pricing without logging in. You need an account to start a relationship and chat.
